The Business Intelligence and Member/Client Analytics Department’s Visualization team serves as data visualization and data storytelling experts. We work alongside various stakeholders to meet their member/client knowledge needs and design self-service analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making. We’re looking for an experienced senior data visualization advisor (Power BI) with platform management knowledge to join our Visualization team. You’ll be responsible for developing frameworks related to the platform, as well as designing and developing dashboards that support our strategic objectives. More specifically, you will be required to: Work with various stakeholders to design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI Advise business partners and stakeholders to help them position, develop, execute and monitor strategic initiatives Identify and analyze significant issues Diagnose issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies Help develop and update the team’s policies, standards and processes while enhancing visualization practices Administer Power BI workspaces to meet Desjardins’s performance, capacity and security requirements Ensure a plan to transition existing analytics solutions to Power BI What we offer Competitive salary and annual bonus 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year Defined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirement Group insurance including telemedicine Reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment Benefits apply based on eligibility criteria.
