Job Title: Segment Marketing Manager – MAS / NAS
The Mid size and Nationals Segment leader is accountable for driving demand for
our Mid size and Nationals segment across the Canadian market. This individual
will develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with Medium and
Large companies, fostering growth and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will
thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing creativity and strategic thinking
to enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends,
customer needs, and competitive landscape within the Mid size and Nationals
segment.
- Demand Generation: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns
that drive demand and lead acquisition, utilizing digital marketing, content
marketing, and social media strategies.
- Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging
that highlight our unique selling points tailored specifically for medium and
large businesses in the HR technology space.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, primarily Sales but
also including product management, and client services, to ensure alignment on
objectives and deliverables.
- Content Development: Produce engaging content that educates and informs Mid
size and National audiences, including case studies, whitepapers, blogs,
webinars, and newsletters.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess
the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing data to optimize future
strategies and drive improvements.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring high ROI on
campaigns targeted at the midsize and Nationals segments.
- Event execution: Coordinate and participate in industry events, webinars, and
trade shows to promote our solutions and connect with midsize and National
customers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop relationships with key industry stakeholders
and partners to enhance brand visibility and engage with the Mid size and
Nationals community.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within B2B or technology
sectors.

Proven track record of executing successful demand generation campaigns.

Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools in
measuring campaign performance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft
engaging marketing materials.
