What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a/an Senior Associate, Global Client Engagement within our Digital Growth division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is located in Toronto. In this role, you will work for and support the Global Client Engagement team with integrated partners. You will report directly to Sarah Wiseberg, Director, Global Client Engagement and regularly collaborate with internal stakeholders within the Corpay Cross Border environment.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Existing client support
Managing Global Client Engagement Inbox
Configuring Financial Institution setup
Configuring Financial Institution clients & partner setup
Integrated Partner configuration and set up
Working through File Uploads/Customized Reconciliation Files
Responding to general queries from new and existing customers
Supporting the Global Client Engagement Team
Qualifications & Skills
2 - 5 years’ successful customer service experience.
Providing fulsome support for pre and post release transactions, capturing information and reconciling data; payment handling an asset; experience in client relationship management ideal
IT proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and time sensitive queries; ownership until resolution
Evidence of strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is CAD $54,300 to $81,000.
