The incumbent is a member of the Human Resources Operations team. The Advisor, Human Resources exemplifies our culture of creating revolutionary guest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun. The purpose of this role is to act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on HR matters. This includes setting performance expectations, driving organizational change, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation, and promoting teamwork, employee engagement, and safety. Build strong relationships with leaders and teams to understand operational needs, align HR strategies with business objectives, and provide trusted advice on a wide range of HR matters. Manage sensitive and confidential employee relations issues, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, absence management, and disciplinary actions, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Support the development and execution of HR programs and initiatives, collaborating with HR teams on policies, processes, and improvements that enhance employee experience. Deliver, facilitate, and develop training programs and communications that support compliance, professional development, and employee engagement. Oversee HRIS data management throughout the employee lifecycle and utilize HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Support the planning, communication, and execution of business unit strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workplace legislation and HR best practices, ensuring the company’s policies and practices are compliant. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
