Reinforcing O&B values daily and inspiring the team with his/her exciting vision for the futureLeading a team of servers and bartenders during an event, responding to all concerns and needs as requiredBuild and maintain relationships with guests, team members and senior management alikeShows leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and wineUses conflict/resolution and problem solving skillsAssist in the preparation, setup and maintenance of event spacesPossess a strong knowledge of event menu itemsFollows bar, beverage and wine control procedures exactlyRespond promptly to guest requests in a timely, professional and efficient mannerDeliver food & beverage to the appropriate tables as directed by the Management teamClear plates, cutlery and glasses from the tables and return them to the dish areaMonitor food quality and presentation standardsRegularly monitors and achieves the O&B points of technical service and points of detailsAdhere to all O&B health and safety standardsAdditional duties as assigned or requiredFollow and understand event details as stated on a Banquet Event Order to ensure proper execution of the event as per the guest’s expectations.Accurately entering information on a POS system.Work independently as required.Maintain inventories and par stock levels of event service items and equipment.
