This role is essential in providing exceptional front desk support and ensuring the smooth operation of the busy office environment. Hours: Monday - Friday 6:45am - 2:45pm or 11:30am - 7:30pm
21.00 - 23.00 per hour pay

Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the medical office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records and files using computerized systems.
Process patient information and insurance claims efficiently.
Assist with billing and payment processing.
Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed.
Daily data entry and files management

Qualifications
Recent experience as a receptionist, data entry clerk in fast paced work environment
Minimum 1 year Reception experience in a medical setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong data entry skills and proficiency in computer applications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
