Review & Approve Chargebacks to Customers

Client Meetings & Site Visits
Build Custom Truck Specs with Clients
Submit CARs
Generate & Present Lease Quotes to Clients
Update Settings in PacLease Sales Suite
Monitor Current Exchange Rate
Review Quotes for Approval with Director of Credit
Collect Credit Applications & Company Financials
Signed Schedule A
Signed Vehicle Lease Sales Agreement (one-time on file)
Place Truck orders on Approved lease deals
Smart Spec (formerly Prospector)
Check Chassis Prebill against ordered spec
Monitor Status of Truck order and keep client informed
New Lease delivery
Funding - Prepare & Submit Funding Package for Lease & Rental Units
Contacting clients in a timely fashion on replacement trucks before End of Term for seamless replacement
Handle Lease Returns
Follow up on all lease & Rental prospects
Enkel - Update Google shared drive with New Leases & Lease Returns for Accounting
Maintain the Portfolio Unit Spreadsheet
Initiate and Follow up on Policy / Goodwill Requests
Cost Analysis Reviews - Proactive approach to maintenance cost savings – Truck specs, parts used, maintenance intervals etc.
Handle Customer Issues & Complaints
Portfolio Unit Analysis – Gather current ETV & Appraisal values to analyze the current market value and standing of any unit.
Follow the lease process on any Lease Extension, Refinance or Skip Payment requests
Work with Peterbilt Sales Reps on referral PacLease prospects
Work with other Vendors, Suppliers & Body Builders on Quotes
Review & Approve Client Lease Abatement
Lease quotes on In-Stock trucks
Work with PACCAR PacLease National Sales Account Executives (NASE) on conquest deals
RENTALS
Provide back-up duties to all Rental & Fleet Supervisor duties
Rental Inquiries
Truck rental coverage during holidays / absence / overflow
Rental Paperwork – contracts, deposits, checking in, checking out etc.
Order Rental Trucks upon Approval
Spec truck in Smart Spec
LEASE RETURNS/USED TRUCKS
Manage Lease Return Schedule with Client
Lease Return process
Return to PacLease Units – Inform PacLease of any returned unit(s) and co-ordinate with PacLease on the check-in process
Conduct Sales on Opportunities for Lease Returns – Retail & Wholesale
Provide PacLease portfolio Truck Spec & Cost information upon request from Sales Reps

Qualifications
5+ years of sales or account management experience
Completion of post-secondary certificate, diploma, degree is an asset
Knowledge of heavy duty/medium duty truck inventory
Excellent computer skills
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong personal organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities in an unsupervised environment
Effective problem solving and negotiating skills
Effective conflict resolution skills
Compensation Rate
$70,000 - $90,000 annually + commission
