THE POSITION
The Data Analyst will help drive improvements in our business processes by developing and maintaining data systems, dashboards, and reports that enable accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making. You lead the collection, validation, and visualization of quality metrics, analyze trends and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement, and proactively mitigate risks. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you recommend process optimizations and support the integration of automated quality inspection systems. You also deliver training on data-driven quality practices, directly contributing to the continuous enhancement of our quality standards.
HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT
Develop and maintain quality data management systems to ensure accurate reporting.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate quality performance.
Oversee the collection, validation, and visualization of quality metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Analyze quality data, trends, and KPIs to identify improvements and mitigate risk.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify quality trends and recommend process optimizations.
Support the integration of automated quality inspection systems for seamless data reporting.
Train teams on data-driven quality management practices.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong data analysis experience in Power BI, SQL, and presentation tools.
Experience with Python, data modeling, APIs, data-oriented development and scripting.
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Experience with unstructured data, data parsing, data processing and ETL pipelines.
