Temporary position for 12 months As a public affairs and public relations advisor, you help maintain the organization’s image and promote policies and programs for external audiences through public relations, media relations, lobbying and institutional affairs. You handle complaints to improve strained relationships with members/clients and protect the organization’s reputation and brand image. You advise and assist clients and partners as part of complaint resolution interventions. You support the more experienced professionals in your unit and actively help institute tools for your line of work. You help develop recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You conduct research and preliminary analysis and develop initial outlines of tools and processes. You help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.
