To join CLEAResult Canada as a Field Supervisor to lead 5 –10 field staff and multiple subcontractors in delivering a Saskatchewan-wide residential energy efficiency program for low-income customers. The role involves managing field operations, conducting quality assurance inspections and assisting participants who benefit from free energy efficient upgrades such as smart thermostats, draft proofing and attic insulation. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, project management, and leading teams. The successful candidate will be located in the Regina or Saskatoon area or be willing to relocate to the area. You’re a great fit you can… Lead, train, and support 5–10 field staff to ensure technical accuracy and operational efficiency. Manage, train and oversee subcontractors to meet program requirements.
