Join our global team at Siemens Healthineers as an Executive Program Lead in the Enterprise Services (ES) business, where you’ll lead the on-site execution of large-scale, integrated healthcare projects across equipment, software, and service delivery within the Cancer Innovation Value Partnership (CIVP) in Edmonton, Alberta. As an Executive Program Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all project elements—from configuration to installation, integration and operational readiness—are executed on time, to the highest quality, and with maximum customer satisfaction. You will have the have the opportunity to work across varied business areas within Siemens Healthineers and have extensive collaboration with clinical oncology teams in Alberta. Your new role – impactful and hands-on: Serve as the Alberta lead for the delivery and implementation of complex healthcare infrastructure projects involving Siemens Healthineers’ imaging and oncology equipment, clinical software, and service solutions. Act as the central point of contact between internal teams (e.g., service, logistics, engineering, IT, and clinical applications), external contractors, and healthcare provider stakeholders. Ensure the alignment with broader program milestones and governance expectations for equipment, software and services roadmap. Proactively identify risks, barriers, and site-specific challenges. Drive mitigation strategies and resolve operational or technical issues in real time. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards related to equipment installation and service delivery. Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder updates to maintain transparency and ensure alignment across project teams for equipment, software and services roadmap. Coordinate site resource planning, internal teams, and customer personnel to ensure seamless execution. Leverage digital tools and dashboards to track status, analyze performance data, and support informed decision-making by project leadership for equipment, software and services roadmap. Foster a culture of customer centricity, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Your qualifications and experience: Undergraduate degree in engineering, healthcare technology, project management, or related discipline. A master’s degree is an asset. Minimum 10 years of experience in Healthcare infrastructure project delivery, or operational leadership—preferably in Oncology or Diagnostic Imaging, with a strong focus on equipment, software and systems integration. Demonstrated success in managing large, multi-site or multi-phase equipment or service implementation projects. Strong technical knowledge of medical imaging equipment, oncology systems, healthcare IT platforms, and the interdependencies between equipment, software, and clinical workflows. Familiarity with Canadian healthcare infrastructure standards and safety regulations. Proven leadership in cross-functional team coordination, customer engagement, and stakeholder communication. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and resolve them collaboratively. The annual base pay for this position is: Min $100,800 - Max $187,200 Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
