Job Summary The Manager, Talent Management is a key member of the Talent Centre of Excellence (COE) that supports the implementation of talent strategy, identification and development of talent to meet our business objectives. Is an advisor and subject matter expert in all areas of talent management, such as succession, development planning and performance management. This individual will work closely with other HR members and the business to support the implementation of Talent COE programs and processes throughout the organization. Principal Responsibilities Serve as a coach and trusted advisor to HR team and the business in matters related to talent management, succession, performance, and leadership development. Partner with HRBP team and the business to help facilitate succession planning, talent identification and development planning programs and processes. Run and continuously improve our performance management processes throughout the business, including goal setting, annual performance reviews and ongoing performance feedback. Manage the launch of new talent programs, from beginning to end, including needs analysis and measuring effectiveness Implements and support continuous improvements and willingly embraces change in new ways of working and new digital tools. Manage internal talent pipeline development programs such as the new graduate development, emerging leader and high potential programs. Create talent process training materials, such as succession planning and talent & performance calibration. Implement and manage the use of a variety of assessment tools that support the development of internal talent pipeline Stay current on talent best practices and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements. Monitor talent metrics to measure talent program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement and make recommendations. Actively contributes to the development and maintenance of feedback and learning culture within the organization. Explore how AI can improve talent management, succession, performance and leadership development, from streamlining feedback to making learning more personalized and accessible Collaborate and partner with Global Talent team to roll out talent programs regionally when needed.
