Who You Are:
A Registered Acupuncturist or TCM Doctor passionate about integrative health
Grounded, open-minded, and eager to work as part of a supportive interdisciplinary team
Confident in your skills, but always open to learning, feedback, and new perspectives
Excited about building a caseload in a community that values holistic, stigma-free care
Comfortable speaking with clients and teammates with clarity, compassion, and consent always at the forefront
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 acupuncture and/or TCM-based care for conditions such as:
Menstrual irregularities, fertility support, and hormone regulation
Pelvic pain, digestive dysfunction, emotional health, and fatigue
Chronic pain, stress management, and sleep issues
Collaborate with physiotherapists and other team members for integrated care planning
Maintain clear and complete client records in Jane App
Engage in ongoing education, mentorship, and professional development
Contribute to workshops, community education, or online resources (if that lights you up)
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Qualifications:
Registered in good standing with CTCMA or equivalent provincial college
Current malpractice insurance
Clinical experience (or training) in treating menstrual/pelvic concerns, pain, or fertility
Ability to work with a diverse, intersectional client base
Current CPR-C/First Aid
Bonus Points For:
Interest or experience in trauma-informed care, fertility support, perinatal care, or mental wellness
Comfortable using Jane App, Gmail, WhatsApp, and other digital tools
Interest in education, workshops, or community outreach
A deep respect for tradition and a willingness to challenge outdated models of care
