You’ll be the driving force behind our vendor governance framework, ensuring compliance with OSFI’s B-10 Guideline and other regulatory requirements. You’re organized, proactive, and always thinking a few steps ahead—especially when it comes to risk and resilience. How You’ll Make an Impact Report to the Director, Risk and Controls. Vendor Governance & Risk Management: Develop and maintain a robust vendor management framework. Lead risk assessments, due diligence, and business continuity planning for third-party vendors. Contract & SLA Management: Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and execution. Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure performance and compliance. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to OSFI B-10 and other regulatory standards. Provide risk reporting and support audits and examinations. Performance Monitoring & Cost Optimization: Track vendor performance through scorecards and dashboards. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value through vendor consolidation and renegotiation. What You Bring to the Table Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or third-party risk—preferably in financial services. Strong knowledge of OSFI guidelines (B-10, E-21, B-13), PCLMTFA, and FINTRAC expectations. Proficiency in contract management platforms, Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and implement governance model.
