What you’ll do:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments, including sensitive electronic and mechanical components used in robotics.
Accurately process receipts and inventory transactions in the Epicor ERP system.
Label, store, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations using best practices for component traceability and ESD-sensitive handling.
Kit and stage materials for the robotics assembly line based on build schedules and BOMs.
Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation efforts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and staging areas, in accordance with 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
Collaborate with the supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to resolve material or inventory discrepancies.
Proactively identify and suggest improvements to material flow and inventory control processes.
What we’re looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role, preferably in a high-tech or robotics/electronics manufacturing environment.
Experience with Epicor ERP or similar enterprise systems strongly preferred.
Familiarity with electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling and packaging standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a fast-paced, high-mix production environment.
Ability to read and understand technical documentation such as BOMs, Job Pick Lists, Sales Orders, and part drawings.
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks
