We are seeking a qualified Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to support one of our reputable clients in Toronto, ON. As an RMT, you will deliver high-quality therapeutic massage services, conduct assessments, and contribute to employee wellness programs in a workplace setting.

Job Responsibilities:
Therapeutic Massage Services
Provide massage therapy for our clients staff, focusing on stress relief, muscle tension, and overall physical wellness.
Customize treatment plans for individual needs (e.g., back pain, neck strain, stress).
Assessment and Consultation
Conduct initial consultations to assess needs, health concerns, and pre-existing conditions.
Offer advice on self-care practices like stretching, ergonomics, and stress management.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work with the Health & Wellness team to schedule and promote massage therapy services.
Support the development of wellness initiatives and provide feedback on their effectiveness.
Confidentiality and Record-Keeping
Maintain confidentiality of personal health information and treatment plans.
Keep accurate records in compliance with privacy and health regulations.
Wellness Program Support
Integrate massage therapy into existing wellness programs.
Recommend complementary wellness activities (e.g., fitness programs, stress reduction workshops).
Reporting and Evaluation
Submit regular reports on session volumes, staff feedback, and overall impact.
Participate in wellness team meetings to evaluate and improve programs.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a practicing RMT.
Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program and meet the educational requirements set by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
No restrictions on license; compliant with CMTO regulations.
Professional liability insurance coverage.
Familiarity with clinical documentation, ergonomics, and confidentiality standards.
Certifications:
Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Vulnerable Sector Check (issued within the last 6 months)
CPR and First Aid Certification
TB test within the last 12 months
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (minimum two doses)
Skills and Other Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Ability to read medical prescriptions and complete incident reports
Willingness to work on-call or weekend shifts, if needed
Flexibility, professionalism, and a strong “can-do” attitude
Adherence to workplace safety and compliance policies
