Our client, a notorious boutique firm focusing on business law, taxation and estate planning, is currently looking for a tax lawyer with approximately 5 to 10 years of experience to join its team of professionals with an entrepreneurial vision.
On a daily basis, the candidate will carry out a variety of mandates in the areas of taxation, individual and corporate tax planning, family trusts, transactional taxation and corporate law.
The ideal candidate has experience in drafting tax memos, auditing and tax planning. Autonomous and proactive, he will be able to take charge of mandates while supervising files. With an entrepreneurial spirit, the ideal candidate will be able to grow within this organization and the possibility of becoming a partner in the long term could be open to discussions.
