In this role, you will be handling customer inquiries via phone and email, documenting conversations, helping people navigate different energy efficiency programs, and recommending products or services to customers. To be considered, you must be located in Saskatchewan. Future responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls from program participants, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and helpful information. Working with marginalized populations.
