We are seeking a Camunda Developer to join our Financial Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining workflow automation solutions using Camunda BPM, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient systems.

What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and implement process workflows using Camunda BPM
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical workflows
Develop integrations between Camunda and other enterprise applications
Write and optimize Java-based services supporting BPM workflows
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of workflow solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
What You Bring
Strong experience in Camunda BPM development and customization
Proficiency in Java development (Java 8+)
Knowledge of BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards
Experience integrating Camunda with REST APIs and messaging systems
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of microservices architectures
Background in financial services or fintech
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
English level
