Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager, Partner Platform, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our partner integration platform. This includes building a unified API and partner tools that enable seamless integrations, accelerate onboarding, and improve partner adoption. You will collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, security, and go-to-market teams to ensure the platform is reliable, scalable, secure, and compliant, while continuously innovating to stay ahead of evolving partner needs. This is a Hybrid position based in either Waterloo or Toronto Canada. You must be within a commutable distance to one of these two locations. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location. About the role: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for partner platform capabilities, from discovery to delivery. Define and prioritize features that enhance integration speed, reliability, and partner satisfaction. Partner with internal teams to gather feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements. Ensure the platform meets compliance, privacy, and security standards. Analyze adoption metrics, integration performance, and partner feedback to inform product decisions. Drive alignment across engineering, business development, and customer success teams. Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure the platform remains competitive and forward-looking. About you: You have 7+ years in product management, with at least 3+ years working on APIs, platforms, or partner ecosystems. Strong understanding of APIs, developer experience, SaaS platforms, and partner integration workflows. Ability to define vision, align stakeholders, and balance competing priorities (speed vs. quality, innovation vs. compliance). Proven track record of delivering complex products in an agile environment. Comfortable with data analysis, KPIs, and making evidence-based decisions. Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled at building trust and alignment across cross-functional teams and external partners. Passionate about creating frictionless partner and developer experiences.
