Join our team today!Job DescriptionThe Electroneurodiagnostic EEG/EMG Technologist reports to the Clinical Services Manager, Diagnostic Imaging.Accountabilities:Performing high standard, quality diagnostic EEG on adult and paediatric patientsAssisting neurologists in performing EMGQualificationsCertified with Canadian Board of Registration of EEG Technologists preferred but American certification is also acceptedMinimum of two years recent full-time experience performing EEG and assisting with EMG in a hospital setting requiredProficiency in electromyography EMG (evoked potentials preferred)Current BCLSComputer proficiency requiredFluent in English (comprehension, reading, writing, speaking)Ability to work independently or as a member of a multi-Disciplinary teamDemonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills are requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are requiredAbility to work with adult and pediatric patients at various levels of acuity including critical careExcellent organizational and priority setting skills requiredDemonstrated commitment to continuing educationExcellent attendance, punctuality and work recordDemonstrated Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and CollaborationMay be required to travel between and work at all Osler sitesAdditional InformationHours: Currently Days, 8 hours, Monday to Friday (Subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)SALARY:
