ROLE OVERVIEW
Togetherall is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partnership Account
Manager to manage and grow our existing partnerships. This role is ideal for
someone who excels at nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring partner
success and growth, and acting as a trusted strategic advisor and point of
contact.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Partnerships - North America, the
Partnership Account Manager is a key team member driving the growth and success
of our partnerships in the US and Canada employer market. This role will be
responsible for driving our existing strategic partnerships with EAPs and
similar wellness/mental health organizations as well as working with the Senior
Vice President to implement and launch new partnerships.
This role is initially a 9-month fixed-term maternity cover, offering a
fantastic opportunity to join our team at an exciting time of growth. There is
potential for the position to become permanent, depending on how the business
evolves over the coming months.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership Management & Growth
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing partnerships, ensuring strong
relationships, satisfaction, and mutual success
- Develop and execute tailored engagement, adoption and growth plans for each
partner, aligned with shared goals and priorities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related needs, ensuring
smooth communication and timely responses
- Establish and deepen relationships across multiple levels and functions
within partner organizations
- Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for expanding
Togetherall’s reach and impact across their client base
- Support the renewal and renegotiation of partnership agreements, ensuring
alignment with evolving needs and objectives
Partner Enablement & Support
- Develop and deliver customized sales and marketing toolkits for partners
- Provide training and support to partner teams to effectively promote
Togetherall’s services to their networks
- Participate in partner-led webinars, workshops, and events to build awareness
and advocate for Togetherall’s offerings
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure partners receive the support they
need across account management, marketing, and technical functions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President, Partnerships – North
America, to align on partner strategy and ensure consistency across accounts
- Work with internal stakeholders including marketing, product, clinical, and
customer success teams to drive partner engagement and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of partner activities, meetings, and plans using
the CRM system
Strategic Input & Industry Knowledge
- Maintain a strong understanding of the mental health and Employee Assistance
Program (EAP) sectors, as well as digital mental health trends
- Share partner feedback and insights with internal teams to help inform
product development, marketing strategies, and organizational priorities
Brand Advocacy & Awareness
- Represent Togetherall at relevant industry events, webinars, and partner
activities to build brand visibility and strengthen relationships
These responsibilities may evolve over time as the business grows. Flexibility

ABOUT YOU
- Proven track record with 7+ years' experience in partnership management and
growth
- Enthusiastic and driven partnership manager with the desire to “dig in” and
succeed in a growing, scale-up business
- Can demonstrate track record of achieving partnership adoption and revenue
targets
- Strong understanding of mental health, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
industry and the complexities of the rapidly growing digital mental health
industry
- Consultative approach to partnership management
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to network within the
partner/client base
- Ability to work cross functionally within a global organization
- Excellent partner process and organizational management
- Numerate and commercially astute
- Articulate and able to influence and persuade in a business environment at
all levels
- Professional and positive in attitude and conduct
- University education or equivalent and formal large account
training/knowledge
