We’re looking for a dependable, self-motivated Client Services & Facilities Support person who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys being a helpful presence in a dynamic workplace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, values great customer service, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Office Location Downtown Core Calgary // Schedule Monday-Friday Business Hours // Pay $21.00 per hourJob Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:• Common Areas & Kitchen Maintenance• Clean and sanitize shared spaces, including vacuuming and surface wiping• Ensure kitchen supplies and food items are stocked, rotated, and disposed of as needed• Reception Support• Provide coverage during employee breaks, time off, and vacation periods• Greet visitors and assist with general inquiries• Mailroom Operations• Coordinate and deliver interoffice mail and courier packages• Support incoming and outgoing mail logistics• Facilities Support• Deliver supplies to offices and meeting rooms• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of boardrooms and individual workspaces• General Maintenance & Reporting• Monitor facility conditions and report issues promptly• Take initiative to address minor maintenance needseQualifications
Who You Are:• Friendly and professional, with a strong customer service mindset• Able to stay focused and efficient under pressure and time constraints• Comfortable spending most of the day on your feet and moving around• Knowledgeable in the safe use of cleaning products and equipment• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionEducation
