Exciting New Opportunity: Sales Operations Manager We’re looking for a multifaceted and ultra-organized individual to join our Sales Organization in a newly created role focused on Sales Operations. As a key contributor, you’ll drive operational excellence by identifying and leading process and technology improvements, while extracting and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making across Sales and Sales Development. To thrive in this role, you’ll need a strong technical aptitude, natural curiosity, and a challenger mindset. Role Responsibilities Equip the Sales and Sales Development teams with the tools and insights they need to succeed Design, implement, and optimize automations for workflows, processes, and reporting to support scalable growth Analyze complex data sets to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership Example: KPI management—developing, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators to drive performance and efficiency. Conduct regular reviews of the tech stack to identify gaps and opportunities Example: Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Highspot, etc. Research and recommend new technologies to enhance sales and development processes Example: Exploring opportunities to integrate AI-powered tools. Partner with Nasdaq corporate compliance teams to ensure new tools, features, and process changes align with policy Collaborate with Finance to analyze market segments and provide recommendations for team resourcing, target setting, and long-term planning Work cross-functionally to gather data requirements and ensure accuracy and completeness Create visually compelling data visualizations to communicate trends and patterns Stay current with industry best practices in data storytelling and visualization What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience at Nasdaq or Nasdaq Verafin is preferred for this role 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role is required Proven ability to conceptualize and build Salesforce reports and dashboards Experience developing hiring models would be considered an asset Familiarity with sales forecasting, enablement, and engagement platforms would be considered an asset Example: Salesforce, Clari, Highspot, Outreach. Experience designing PowerPoint templates for executive communications Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities What Success Looks Like Challenge the status quo through open and transparent communication Introduce innovative ideas and process improvements to leadership Collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders Deliver high-quality work that exceeds expectations Develop playbooks that serve as long-term resources This role will close on Tuesday, September 2nd at 11:59pm NST This position can be located in St. John's or Toronto, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
