The Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Program Specialist supports the delivery of energy efficiency programs for industrial and commercial clients by applying continuous improvement principles to energy management. In this role, you will work closely with program managers, SEM coaches, and client teams to ensure successful implementation of SEM initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating workshops, preparing and reviewing technical and non-technical reports, maintaining program communications, and managing participant data. Manage data collection, tracking, and analysis, including participant milestones, utility data, and historical performance trends.
