What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Junior Treasury Analyst within our Corporate Payments Division. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and is located in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining banking relationships, processing foreign exchange transactions, and analyzing bank and wire fees. You will report directly to the Treasury Manager and regularly collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Preparing and submitting various bank account opening and closing forms to banking partners
Completing KYC requests from multiple banking counterparties
Testing new bank accounts and setting up diverse corporate account services
Analyzing movement of funds and collaborating with internal stakeholders on payment execution and fund flows
Communicating with banking partners to resolve invoice discrepancies, address fee changes, and handle other banking-related matters
Preparing reports using analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, and MS Power BI
Conducting thorough analysis of bank and wire fees to ensure proper account allocation
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the financial services industry
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
Knowledge of MS Power BI, SQL, or Tableau (nice-to-have)
Foreign exchange/multi-currency experience (asset)
SWIFT exposure (asset)
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and data integrity
Excellent time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
