Manager, Change & Transformation – Operations

Responsibilities:
• Partner with Operations leaders to apply structured, people-first change management practices across transformation projects.
• Coach senior leadership through change initiatives, enhancing their ability to lead with transparency and empathy.
• Align organizational design and workforce planning strategies with future-state operating models.
• Translate year-end engagement survey insights into actionable strategies that improve employee experience and drive results.
• Develop compelling internal storytelling and communication strategies to articulate the transformation vision.
• Build and lead a network of change agents to maintain momentum and foster long-term adoption of change initiatives.
• Implement mitigation strategies that reduce disruption and accelerate adoption across stakeholder groups.
• Deliver engagement activities including town halls, recognition events, and communication campaigns to boost morale and alignment.
What you will need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent practical experience in change management is strongly valued.
• 5–7 years of experience in change management, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Professional designation in change management is an asset.
• Proven experience coordinating internal and external resources for successful change implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to independently navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
• Strong project and process management capabilities with the ability to balance multiple priorities and timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Confident working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
• Able to influence, inspire, and foster collaboration across departments.
• Reputation for delivering results and leading initiatives from strategy through to execution.
• Experience in management consulting and/or a strong understanding of change management frameworks is highly valued.
