About This Opportunity
Coke Canada Bottling Sales Development Managers (SDM) are field sales representatives tasked with identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities with a wide range of customers, including Grocery stores, Mass Merchandisers, Convenience & Gas stores, Restaurants & Bars, and other Food Service / On Premise establishments. The SDM's primary goal is to drive profitable sales by deeply understanding the diverse channels and Coke Canada's beverage portfolio.
Coke Canada’s aim is to become our customers’ most valued supplier. The SDM plays a critical role in helping us achieve this goal, in many cases they will be the first point of contact for our customers. Developing strong, collaborative partnerships will be a priority.
Additionally, the SDM will play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and driving business growth within their designated territory.
The Details:
This is a full-time position that will start asap. The hours per week will be 40. The position will be based out of Prince George and service: As far East as Valemount, West as Fraiser Lake, North as Mackenzie, South as 150 Mile House.
Salary: $58,500 - 62,000 + Sales Incentive Plan (Up to $9,000)
Auto Allowence: $200 - $500 Fixed Per Month
KM Reimbursement: $0.20 /KM
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMResponsibilities
Collaborate with customers to develop customized business plans that support both the customer and Coke Canada’s objectives.
Drive revenue and profit growth through successful execution of customer promotional plans, incremental displays, and equipment placements aligned with business objectives.
Implement channel and customer promotions and programs based on national brand strategies.
Optimize face-to-face selling opportunities through proactive time and territory management.
Provide high-level customer service and promptly resolve issues.
Collaborate with merchandising and sales execution teams to achieve revenue and profit goals while maintaining inventory levels and merchandising standards.
Build, modify or fill displays, sections, end caps, racks & coolers according to Coke Canada Bottling's standards and programs.
