What You Will Do The Manufacturing Plant EHS Manager III requires a technically skilled and culturally driven EHS Process Manager to lead critical safety and environmental initiatives within a complex, multi-site, matrixed manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a professional with 7-10 years of experience who thrives on influencing, driving continuous improvement, leading a team of multiple EHS Professionals across multiple sites, and embedding EHS values into operational excellence. You’ll own and elevate EHS processes and be a strategic partner across functional departments and sites. How You Will Do It Process Ownership & Compliance Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures aligned with Canadian regulations, United States regulations, and ISO standards (14001/ 45001/ 9001) Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses (JHA, HAZOP), and ergonomic evaluations.
