About the Role
The Manager, Global Engagement (Strategic Initiatives) plays a key role in advancing strategic initiatives that support SFU’s global engagement goals. Focused primarily on the development and implementation of priority initiatives within and across regions and thematic areas, the Manager will lead efforts to strengthen international partnerships, enhance SFU International’s global presence, and promote institutional priorities. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective coordination, alignment, and delivery of strategic global engagement activities. This position is well suited for someone with strong partnership and project management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communication or a relevant discipline and five years of related experience, including experience in international partnership management and supporting the delivery of partner-driven initiatives in a multi-stakeholder environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
