We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior AML Auditor to join our compliance team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate and eager to grow within the anti-money laundering (AML) field.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting AML audits across business units to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Review customer transactions and account activity for suspicious patterns.
Support the preparation of audit reports and documentation of findings.
Collaborate with auditors and compliance officers to follow up on remediation plans.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML regulations and industry best practices.
Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with AML regulations (e.g., FINTRAC, FATF) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with audit or compliance tools is an asset.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
