goal, we would love to hear from you!
Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Engineering Operations
Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing product trials during the pre-sales process, collecting and analyzing
prospect and customer feedback, and collaborating with product, sales, and
marketing teams. Additionally, the Sales Engineering Operations Specialist will
provide regular product updates to the Global Sales Engineering team and help
with customer retention and expansion opportunities with current customers.
Your technical expertise and knowledge of customer workflows will be relied upon
for advancing the product trial process and ensuring success of our clients and
internal teams. This starts by building strong relationships internally with
the sales team and culminates in establishing a high level of trust with
customers. You will report to the Senior Director, Global Sales Engineering.
What You Will Accomplish
· Manage Product Trials: Oversee the setup, execution, and monitoring of
product trials to ensure they meet objectives.
· Customer Support: Provide a direct link to the Sales Engineering team
for prospects and expansion opportunities during the trial period, addressing
any issues or questions.
· Data Collection and Analysis: Gather feedback and usage data from
product trial participants to assess product performance and customer sentiment.
· Collaboration with Product, Sales and Marketing: Work closely with
product, sales and marketing teams to align trial strategies with broader
business goals and ensure a seamless transition from trial to purchase.
· Customer Education: Educate customers on how to use the product
effectively during the trial period, acting as technical liaison.
· Reporting and Documentation: Create detailed reports on trial outcomes
and maintain documentation for future reference.
· Product Updates: Provide regular product updates to the Global Sales
Engineering team, ensuring they are informed about the latest developments and
features.
· Customer Retention and Expansion: Assist in identifying and pursuing
opportunities for customer retention and expansion, working closely with current
customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and uncovering potential for
additional sales.
What We Are Looking For
· Proven experience in product coordination, customer support, or a
similar role.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
· Strong presentation skills and outstanding written and verbal
communication skills.
· Driven to succeed with the ability to work well independently.
· Ability to translate technical knowledge for different audiences.
· Multilingual is an asset but not required.
· Ability to travel 25% of the time.
· Work from home office with high-speed Internet connectivity
We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed
in “skills and experiences”. It’s more important to us to find candidates who
can display indicators of success through skills they have developed and
experiences they have been a part of, than to find folks who have ‘been there,
done that”. We want to be part of your development journey, and we’ll learn as
much from you as you learn from us.
The Most Important Thing
We’re looking for candidates that can provide examples of how they have
demonstrated Magnet CODE in their previous experiences:
CARE – We care about each other and our mission to make a difference in the
world.
OWN – We are accountable for our results – while never forgetting to act with
integrity, empathy, and respect.
DEDICATE – We put our heart and soul into meeting the needs of our customers and
helping them serve the people they protect.
EVOLVE – We are constantly innovating and exploring new ways to work together to
make an impact with our work.
