The Role
As a Senior Associate, Client Services, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management of one of our largest accounts in the home services space. This is a complex, franchise-driven business, so success means being highly organized, confident in navigating multiple stakeholders, and proactive in driving results.
You’ll report into a Director of Client Services and serve as the client’s trusted partner, ensuring paid media programs run smoothly while keeping internal teams aligned and projects moving forward.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across a franchise network, acting as a trusted advisor.
Manage daily client communications, requests, and performance updates.
Lead client status and reporting meetings with confidence.
Collaborate with SMEs across performance and creative to deliver campaigns that meet lead generation and revenue goals.
Own timelines, deliverables, and flawless project management from briefing through execution.
Proactively identify opportunities to grow client business or improve outcomes.
Mentor junior team members and provide support for their deliverables.
Escalate challenges and work with leadership to resolve roadblocks quickly.
What You Bring
4-6 years of client-facing experience in a digital media agency or media vendor environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead client conversations.
A relationship-builder who thrives on solving problems and delivering results.
Solid understanding of digital media channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video/Online Video, Programmatic); exposure to TV, Radio, or OOH a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing projects and deadlines.
A collaborative team player, eager to learn and grow.
