The Role
As a Senior Paid Search Associate, you’ll be responsible for running and optimizing paid search campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients. You’ll work hands-on in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, own day-to-day execution, and translate performance into clear business outcomes.
This is a great role if you’re ready to step beyond execution into ownership of accounts, insights, and client impact.
What You’ll Do
Run campaigns end-to-end: build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Drive results: manage budgets and optimize toward business KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS), not just platform metrics.
Deliver insights: analyze performance data and connect findings back to client goals, creating clear and actionable recommendations.
Test & learn: lead structured keyword, audience, and creative testing to continuously improve results.
Collaborate: work with Account Directors, Associates, and creative partners to deliver integrated client outcomes.
Support associates: provide guidance and quality checks on junior team work where needed.
What You Bring
2–4 years’ experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally in an agency or vendor environment.
Strong execution skills in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including keyword research, campaign builds, and bid strategy.
Ability to translate campaign performance into business-level results and insights.
Analytical, organized, and comfortable managing complex accounts and budgets.
Clear, confident communicator who can simplify technical concepts for clients and teammates.
What’s In It For You
Competitive salary and performance bonus eligibility.
Top-tier benefits: mental health coverage, major dental, annual health spending allowance, and more.
4.5-day work week with a flexible hybrid model.
Modern offices in Toronto & Ottawa with free coffee, snacks, and wellness spaces.
Clear career paths, with structured feedback systems.
A team that’s energetic, inclusive, and motivated to do great work together.
