As the Global Solutions Lead for Workday Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Talent modules, you’ll partner with leaders across HR, Total Rewards, and IT to deliver solutions that truly make an impact. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, collaborative, and eager to leverage technology to transform the HR experience. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and serve as the global subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Core, Advanced Compensation, and Talent modules. Configure, test, and deploy Workday enhancements while ensuring alignment with business needs. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable workforce insights. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to streamline data flows and ensure accuracy. Drive process improvements, governance, and data integrity across global HR systems. Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends, recommending system improvements. Provide training and guidance to HR colleagues, empowering them to use Workday more effectively. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Experience: 5+ years of HRIS/Workday experience with at least 3 years in Workday configuration/administration. Direct, hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation (mandatory). Proven track record leading system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements. Experience in a global environment with cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration. While deep expertise is ideal, we value a growth mindset and curiosity to learn. Skills: Creative problem-solving and ability to design innovative HR technology solutions. Proficiency in Workday Core, Compensation, and Talent modules with strong reporting/dashboard skills.
