Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsible to complete work orders from customers/clients in a timely manner by cutting steel in precise strip widths using various programming software
Constant quality inspection and precise measurements
Ability to read and complete work orders, measurement sheets, production reports, quality sheets and OEE measurements
Basic troubleshooting of machine and process flow
Inspect work on a constant basis to ensure quality standards are met
2-3 years of machine operating and set-up experience
Possess knowledge of measuring tools
Strong measurement skills are required for ensuring accuracy
Possess basic knowledge of programming software
Strong communication skills
Capable of holding crane training license
Attention to detail
Ability to convert measurements
Basic computer skills
Exceptional attendance
Full time role – 3-month contract to start with potential to become a full-time permanent role.
Working continental day and night shift rotations
