The Opportunity
PICTON Investments is looking for a motivated professional to join our Product Management team and make a meaningful impact on how we grow and retain assets. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to support product strategy, create sales materials, and ensure our communications and data are accurate and compelling.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn and lead:
Product Strategy & Sales Support
Support Product Managers in developing and maintaining product positioning, pitchbooks, and sales tools.
Contribute to product management strategies that ensure advisors and clients have clear, actionable materials.
Create portfolio manager decks, custom presentations, and other collateral to support business goals.
Reporting & Material Management
Maintain monthly product report cards and other recurring deliverables.
Ensure all client-facing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and consistent.
Data Accuracy & Platforms
Support data inputs, validation, and distribution across third-party databases.
Collaborate with Product Managers to align external data with internal records and strategy.
Business Partner
Bring the client perspective to internal discussions.
Build deep understanding of our investment philosophy, process, and performance drivers.
Analyze and communicate performance and attribution trends clearly.
Partner with teams across the firm to deliver seamless support.
What we’re looking for
1- 3 years of experience in financial services, ideally in product, operations, or client management.
Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.
Proven track record of building trusted relationships in B2B or advisor-facing environments.
Completion of CFA Level I or actively pursuing the CFA or CAIA designation.
Solid understanding of advisor distribution channels, including institutional, retail, and independent.
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and events with strategic intent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively with internal teams and senior-level external stakeholders.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for continuous learning, particularly in alternative investments.
