Analyste associé(e) en assurance qualité logicielle Résumé du poste Le ou la candidat(e) travaillera au sein de l’équipe responsable de la qualité des applications fournies à nos clients internes et externes. Le ou la spécialiste du contrôle qualité logiciel (SQC) soutient une équipe agile dans l’analyse et les tests d’applications de haute qualité qui répondent et surpassent les attentes de nos clients. Le ou la spécialiste SQC soumettra et vérifiera les anomalies, maintiendra la documentation des résultats de tests pour faciliter le débogage et les modifications, analysera les résultats de tests pour certifier les fonctionnalités et intégrations existantes, et s’engagera à vérifier que les anomalies sont corrigées. Les tests incluront des tests fonctionnels et non fonctionnels, d’intégration, de régression, système et de validation rapide (sanity testing). Responsabilités principales Analyser les exigences, qu’elles soient complexes ou non, et rédiger les scénarios de test associés pour vérifier la conformité de l’application par rapport aux exigences mises en œuvre. Créer des documents techniques, en collaboration avec les programmeurs et les analystes, pour soutenir certains scénarios de test liés à des fonctionnalités complexes. Documenter de manière claire et concise toute anomalie rencontrée durant les tests. Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour reproduire les problèmes et aider à leur résolution. Mettre à jour les scénarios de test en fonction des changements. Effectuer les tests selon le cycle de vie du contrôle qualité. Réaliser des révisions par les pairs et commenter la qualité des scénarios de test (exactitude, exhaustivité et clarté). Qualifications requises Un diplôme collégial ou universitaire dans un domaine pertinent, de préférence en informatique, serait considéré comme un atout. Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en assurance qualité. Expérience avec un outil de gestion des cas de test (TestRail est un atout). Connaissance de Jira et Confluence. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Capacité à travailler au bureau les lundis et mardis, et en mode hybride à distance les mercredis, jeudis et vendredis. Capacité à effectuer des tests manuels. ---- Associate Software Quality Assurance Analyst Position Summary The candidate will work in the team responsible for the quality of the applications provided to our internal and external clients. The software Quality Control Specialist supports an agile team in analyzing and testing high quality applications that meet and exceed our customer expectations. The SQC Specialist will submit and verify defects, maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification, analyze test results to certify existing functionality and integrations and commit itself to verify that the bug is fixed. Testing will include functional and nonfunctional, integration, regression, system, smoke and sanity testing. Main Responsibilities Analyze requirements, complex or not and write related test scenarios to verify the application’s conformance in regard to the implemented requirement. Create technical documents, in collaboration with the programmer and analyst, to support certain test scenarios, for complex functionalities. Document in a clearly and concisely manner any anomalies encountered during the test. Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues and assist in troubleshooting and resolving defects. Update test scenarios for changes. Perform tests based on the quality control life cycle. Perform Peer Reviews and comment on the quality of the test scenario (accuracy, completeness and clarity). Job Qualifications A college diploma or university degree in a relevant field, preferably in Computer Science, would be an asset. 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience. Experience with a test case management tool (Test Rail an asset). Knowledge of Jira and Confluence. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written Ability to work onsite Monday and Tuesday in Sherbrooke and hybrid remote Wed, Thursday and Friday Ability to do manual testing Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
