Why this role is important As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the short and long term planning of PC Money by forecasting deposit balance and revenue to aid decision making. As a business partner you will consult product team with PCMA performance, developing KPIs, identifying issues and helping with product/business analysis that deliver value across our lines of business. This role will also require to support management reporting by analyzing month end/quarterly results, coordinating with business partners, and preparing information material for leadership. As a growing product you are encouraged to also support product and strategy team on new projects and other ad-hoc analysis. What you'll do Assist in preparation of long and short term forecast, profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow of PCMA Communicate and frame forecasts and analysis to aid in decision making by Senior Leadership Partner with business and supervise PCMA performance, assist with forecasting improvements and methodologies to provide insightful analysis Support management reporting by analyzing month end/quarterly results, coordinating with business partners, and preparing information material for leadership Build detailed KPI reporting on a regular basis that enables business partners to fully understand key drivers of business results Work with large amounts of data and information from multiple sources to produce summaries that can be presented to business partners Provide financial analysis and support to the Business Strategy team on new transformative projects Frequent ad-hoc requests, reports and analysis What you bring Post-Secondary Degree in a business related field (Business Administration, Commerce) - an MBA from a recognized institution or CPA/CFA designation (or in progress) is an asset High degree of proficiency in MS Office Applications, most notably Excel and PowerPoint Results oriented – ability to prioritize and consistently deliver on time with high level of accuracy Excellent social skills when working with multiple stakeholders to garner consensus Strong communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to be analytical and detail-oriented Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment, both independently and as part of a team Previous exposure to the financial services industry a definite asset Familiarity with Python and Power BI a plus Come and join a winning team who demonstrates innovation, energy, creativity and vision.
