WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our team at Next Level Games! In
this key role, you’ll work closely with cross-disciplined teams to ensure
alignment between creative vision, technical execution, and production
targets.
Please note this is a hybrid position, requiring at least three days per week at
our Vancouver studio.
- Project Management: Lead multi-disciplinary teams and track the development
of features and assets from concept to creation; Manage development
schedules, resources, and budgets and ensure development stays on track and
within scope.
- Strategy and Planning: Support the Leadership team in setting the development
strategy, and planning Milestones and Sprints; Hold the team accountable to
timelines, estimates and goals.
- Problem Solving: Apply hands-on knowledge of game development and work
closely with creative and technical leads to solve challenges and deliver
high quality results.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and roadblocks; Devise mitigation
strategies and support the team to find solutions and keep development moving
forward.
- Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with the production team and
craft experts to ensure timely hand-offs and effective cross-discipline
communication.
- Processes and Workflows: Leverage project management expertise and past
production experience to assist in establishing and continuously improving
development workflows and processes.
- Publisher Communications: Provide regular status updates and facilitate the
flow of information and feedback between the development team and the
publisher.
- Team Health and Morale: Ensure work is appropriately scoped and foster a
collaborative environment where team members are motivated and capable of
delivering their highest quality work.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience leading large, cross-functional game teams
- Strong knowledge of production pipelines and tools
- 6+ years working on console or PC titles from start to finish
- Background in a hands-on dev role within Character or Rigging is a plus!
- Strong communicator with leadership and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about making great games and supporting great games

The hiring range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 CAD annually and is
subject to change. The final base salary compensation will be based on factors
such as skills, education, and experience.
