The Role
Winter: Lead snow removal and de-icing crews, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Summer: Transition into landscaping leadership — overseeing grounds maintenance, enhancements, and special projects.

What We’re Looking For
Crew Lead or supervisory experience in snow removal, landscaping, or construction
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
