The Auth0 Engineering Productivity team’s mission is to make the lives of Auth0
Engineers easier and more productive. We do this by providing tools, frameworks,
and abstractions that remove productivity bottlenecks and promote modern
development practices.
We are looking for software engineers to design and implement tools and services
that have a positive impact into our engineering productivity: including but not
limited to: tools to support good development practices, instrument our existing
tools and pipelines to understand the impact of our products in the engineering
experience and research market and industry trends into latest development in
the area such as Generative AI and Large Language Models
You will:
- Join a cohesive team of engineers who own our tools and services end-to-end.
- Evaluate Large Language Model-based tools in the market to improve
engineering productivity.
- Design and build solutions that integrate with our team’s day-to-day workflow
and current tooling.
- Help define engineering-wide standards and drive adoption across our stack.
- Help other Auth0 Engineers work efficiently with our Platform.
- Evangelize Auth0 Engineers about our new tools offering.
You are a good fit if you:
- You have 3+ years of software development experience.
- You have at least 1 year of working experience in building applications with
GenAI and LLMs.
- Have excellent communication skills and enjoy being part of a highly
collaborative, remote-first environment
- Experience leading a team developing in agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain,
Google ADK).
- Strong desire to work on the cutting edge of technology in a constantly
evolving environment while quickly learning and applying new technologies and
libraries.
- Are passionate about the development lifecycle of other engineers and their
pain points.
- Experience working with proprietary or open-source LLMs (Gemini, Claude,
OpenAI, or other models) and shipping LLM-powered applications to production.
- Have experience using Golang or Node.js to build server-side applications,
APIs, and client-side tooling.
- Familiarity with data and metrics required for building and evaluating an AI
model.
- Pay attention to details and keep user experience a top priority.
It is helpful, but not required, if you:
- Have experience working with Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Have experience with container technology such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECS,
etc.
- Have experience working with Customer Identity Access Management solutions.

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual
salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and
experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and
benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match,
healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada
is between:
$130,000—$194,000 CAD
