Wage $25.82 -$26.85 per hour Shift Days JOB REQUIREMENTS: Co-ordinate daily movements of product with sales and customers. Confirm product availability. Load building in the JDE system Co-ordinate with warehouse for orders with fittings. Generate the required paperwork (i.e. Bill of Lading, customs paperwork, pro forma) Pre-call customers (as required) before shipment Data entry as required in JDE & DSI Any other duties assigned by supervisor Conduct training of other employees as assigned Emails and phone calls to customer service Research into PO issues and complete corrections Tracking POD Participate in monthly and year-end Inventory process’s Conduct and ensure all third party have completed the onsite safety video and required safety sign off. SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Valid forklift license Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English. Previous experience with JDE an asset Ability to use Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
