URGENT: Recruitment Assistant (hiring US-based employees experience is required)

Description
Manage full-cycle recruitment across various roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate, up-to-date records.
Communicate proactively with candidates to provide a positive experience.
Track and report on recruiting metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, etc.).
Stay updated on recruiting trends, best practices, and competitive market data.
Hard Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize deadlines.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Schedule:
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
9AM - 6PM US Eastern Standard Time Zone
