Position Overview
We are growing and have an immediate opening for a Eavestrough/Gutter Installer in Calgary, AB. Reporting to the National Director, Operations, this role is 100% field-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain eavestroughs, gutters, downspouts, soffits, and fascia on residential properties.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
- Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and power tools to complete work at various heights.
- Diagnose and repair drainage or water flow issues related to eavestrough systems.
- Ensure all work meets company standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing concerns on-site.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper handling of materials and tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Experience, Traits and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience installing eavestroughs, gutters, soffits, and fascia.
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record – Must be experienced at towing trailer.
- Fall Protection Certification required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Wage: $25-30/hr (based on experience)
- Company vehicle, gas card, and cellphone provided
- Group health benefits available upon successful completion of probation
- Permanent, full-time role
