The Client Introductory Clerk plays a vital role in welcoming new clients, collecting information, and introducing them to our services. This role also involves making outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate interest, schedule consultations, and support business development efforts.
Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred.
Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
CRM experience, not an asset
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Must live in the province of Quebec.
