At this time, we are looking for someone on a part-time basis to work on a
3-week rotation between 22-26 hours per week including morning and afternoon
shifts, evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Be the welcoming face of Royalty Crossing Mall
• Assist customers with directions, questions, and general support
• Promote mall services, programs, events and tenant business
• Support our lost & found, vending refunds, and customer service requests
• Help register shoppers for the Parenting Room (where applicable)
• Keep brochures stocked and the Guest Services area looking great
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally
• Coordinate requests for complimentary wheelchair and stroller usage
• Working closely with mall maintenance, security and marketing teams.
What You Bring:
• A joyful and outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills
• A love for helping others and solving problems
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends & holidays
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• First Aid & CPR (a plus, but not required)
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
