The Parts Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up parts and
equipment for the dealership.

Responsibilities
- Safely deliver parts between all lower mainland branches at least twice per
day
- Pick and stage parts for delivery between all lower mainland branches
- Assist with customer orders and picking up customer returns when needed
- Communicate with the lower mainland branches to ensure accuracy when
delivering parts
- Assist in warehouse duties, stocking shelves and keeping a clean environment
- Operate company vehicles safely in various weather conditions and urban/rural
environments, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Conduct thorough vehicle pre-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness and
compliance with safety standards
- When necessary, utilize handheld dollies, forklifts and pallet jacks to
transport parts efficiently and safely
- Refuel vehicles as needed
- Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
- Handle and transport chemicals in accordance with safety regulations and
company guidelines
- Communicate effectively using hands-free devices to coordinate deliveries
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of driving experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract required
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong personal organizational skills as they relate to workload, time
management and setting priorities
- Must be able to lift up 50 lbs
- Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
Compensation Rate
- $17 - $20 per hour
- Pay rate will be determined based on previous experience, relevant
certifications and skill level
