Job Title Inside Sales Representative - Western Canada-Calgary/Vancouver Job Description Inside Sales Representative – Western Canada (Calgary/Vancouver) Looking for a high energy Inside Sales Partner to a dynamic high-performing Field Sales Team in Western Canada. Your role: Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics as well as achieve sales quota. Partner with field partners to achieve quarterly sales quotas. Conducting outbound sales calls. Meet & exceed productivity outreach efforts to customers (primarily telephone and email communications). Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics as well as achieve sales quota. You're the right fit if: You have a High School Diploma/Vocational education. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills You’ve acquired 1+years of experience in supporting Sales/E-Commerce teams. No prior experience needed with Bachelor’s Degree. Experience in Dental or Healthcare sales preferred. Have a customer-first, can-do, and winning attitude. Experience with phone sales with a concentration in solution-based selling and inside/outside sales partnerships. Understanding of CRM concepts to manage accounts; experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Will need a Passport or Visa to travel to the United States for sales trainings and or meetings You will work from home, 5 days a week and Philips will supply your IT equipment. You will need high-speed internet to work effetely from your home office. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position is $38,000 to $60,000 plus quarterly bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
