In this fixed-term, 12–14-month role, you will lead our Finance modernization program to design, build, and maintain business intelligence and system-based solutions. You will act as a change leader, providing thought leadership to senior Finance leadership, while collaborating with IT, ERP, and RPA teams on behalf of Finance. What You’ll Do Lead the Finance modernization program across Finance, acting as the Lead on all Finance Solutions initiatives. Identify, prioritize, and evaluate initiatives based on leading finance technology practices. Optimize existing financial systems, and define the deep-dive strategy for a standardized, global OneStream FP&A rollout Partner with IT, Legal, Risk, and other Finance teams to ensure accuracy and security of financial data. Identify and drive automation opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Provide regular reporting and tracking on project/initiative status, including budget monitoring. Administer key financial systems and tools (e.g., OneStream, Alteryx) to ensure adherence to controls and minimize disruption. Develop and lead a high-performing team with a focus on innovation, inclusivity, and accountability. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, Business Operations, or Audit at a top-tier consulting firm, high-growth, or technology organization. Demonstrated track record leading ERP and Finance system implementations (e.g., SAP, OneStream, Blackline). Proven experience in FP&A, including financial planning, reporting, and performance management. Prior experience delivering Finance transformation programs either in-house or as a consultant. Strong business acumen, communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management platforms/systems end to end CPA qualification with knowledge of IFRS accounting principles is a plus. Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments. Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., Power BI, Python, Power Automate, Smartsheet, Alteryx). Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and/or OneStream (or eagerness to learn). Location: Toronto The hiring base salary range for this position is $133,400 - $183,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
